It doesn’t matter what, cancer to me is only a disease that I’ll always be able to overcome. You must keep a positive attitude and a positive outlook in order to beat it. What do you have to lose, you fight you will hopefully win, you give in to it and it will more than likely take your life.
It’s not a pretty ride with all the testing, radiation and chemo but just keep saying to yourself I got this, I’m going to beat this, and carry on.
Sure, you’ll feel sick and exhausted and feel sorry for yourself, but you must fight this battle to win.
If you’d like to read my story I’ve included a link below.
My life with cancer.
This was written for a challenge over at Fandango’s. The word prompt is battle.
Today’s word for FOWC is PRIME
Prime Minister comes to mind

Prime Rib if I were hungry
Prime Time for TV viewing
Amazon Prime for free shipping and other benefits too, I believe
Prime rates – Banking Is your mortgage coming up for renewal
Prius Prime – Toyota’s hybrid We should all drive hybrids but who can afford one
A 2 stanza haiku-style poem about turnovers
You glare at me with such hatred
Yet you tell others I am sacred
Your piercing eyes go right through me
Does this mean that you loathe me?
Your actions towards me show much scorn
It’s like you hate the day I was born
If you hate me so
Why not just let me go
This poem is for FOWC with Fandango
The word for this challenge is scorn.
