Fur Coats

Written for the challenge over at Denise’s called Sunday’s Six Sentence Story.

This weeks word prompt is “Coat”

bruce as pup


Black, shiny, and soft

Brushed each and every day to

keep it that way


Some dogs have wool coats

Others do not have any

But most dogs do shed



The Old Farm

The following was written for Crispina’s weekly challenge called Crimson’s Creative Challenge. 



Once profitable

Now sits sadly abandoned

To be dismantled
