The Renovation – Six Sentence Story
I have all the tools I need; hammers, tape, screwdrivers, pliers, snips, and determination.
He said I wouldn’t be able to do it.
I refuse to let anyone tell me what I can and cannot do, besides, I’ve always been mechanically inclined, and anyway how hard can it be.
First things first, I’ll start by ordering a waste bin, then clean up, and throw out everything that I won’t need for the renovation.
A trip to HomeDepot will be the next step to pick up materials, glass, and paint.
If I do happen to run into any problems I can always call for help.

That’s the spirit! Especially determination. As well prepared as we might be, there’s always something unexpected that happens!

Famous last words. . .How hard can it be?
With determination and skills in hand, I hope this renovation project goes smoothly. Knowing that there is someone to call for help if you do run into problems is also very reassuring.

That’s the way. Get organised. Give it a go. Only call on help for things that have you stumped. That’s been my philosophy in life.
