Spiky March Squares – Huge Icicles
This post is for Spiky March Squares over at BeckyB’s
These huge icicles are hanging off the side of my house. Hopefully, they’ll melt and fall soon. Bring on Spring!

I remember icicles from my child-days. But now I live on the coast, and though the wind rakes the spine, it’s rare for frosts to cut that deep as to freeze a dripping gutter to make an icicle. We’ve too much salt in our air. 🙂

Yea, and the north wind does blow. And worse, the east wind, it comes direct from Siberia with nothing to stop it but the Urals. And every so often the North Sea threatens to inundate us, as it has many times in the past. But who does not live in a precarious place. And there are so many places of gentle beauty in the counry of Norfolk which tempt out the feet. And the camera follows. 🙂
