Diamonds in the Snow Haiku

Real Diamonds in Snow

I took this picture the other night and I was hoping to catch the sparkles on the snow. They looked amazing. I probably should have put on my boots and coat and went outside to get a better shot. I was on my way to bed, opened the front door, and took the picture. Now looking at it, it almost looks like a foreign planet perhaps. If you look carefully you can see little white specs.

This post is for Haikai Challenge #75

I’m new to WordPress so please bear with me as I learn this new way to blog. Thanks for visiting and please leave a comment so that I know you were here. Have a wonderful day!

  3. I’ve been on WP for years and I still don’t know how to do everything.
I did think of a desert or mars at first 😉
This piece could go with the haikai 75 prompt 🙂

  4. Hello Susan, wonderful blog you have created in a short time. Welcome to WP and new connections.
Your haiku is beautiful! I agree that the photo looks like a foreign planet, interestingly not like snow at all though it sparkles…👍🙂

  5. Hi Suzanne. *waves. Nice to see you here. If you get the chance to move the WP blue follow button to the top of your right hand widget bar people will be able to find it more easily that scrolling the end of the post. Just a thought
